Basic Qualifications

- Candidates with experience are preferred; but not required.
- Must own a personal laptop or desktop and a functional noise-cancelling headset.
- Willing to work in the CST business hours.
- Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in software such as Google Workspace, project management tools, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and anticipate a client's needs.
- Trustworthy, reliable and can work independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
