Basic Qualifications

    • Candidates with experience are preferred; but not required.
    • Must own a personal laptop or desktop and a functional noise-cancelling headset.
    • Willing to work in the CST business hours.
    • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in software such as Google Workspace, project management tools, and other digital platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think proactively and anticipate a client's needs.
    • Trustworthy, reliable and can work independently.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
